Joga is following social distancing protocols. You can safely practice 6ft apart in the fresh open air, without the worry of contamination from a closed in space. All classes are held with doors open or outside on our terrace (varying based on class numbers and student comfort).
We disinfect all equipment after each class and have hand sanitizer available at the front desk and in the studio. We also have mats, blocks and straps available for purchase in our boutique, so you can practice comfortably with your own props.

FULL MOON YOGA FLOW ON THE BEACH led by Niki, to live guitar by Gianfranco. $25 or class pass + $5 (cash only pls).
Join us for a special full moon flow on Friday, March 26th from 6:15pm - 7:30pm on the beach deck at El Zafiro. This will be a magical evening with the powerful energy of the full moon shining down upon us as we breathe and move as one to live guitar, finding the true meaning of yoga... union.
Please bring yoga mat & towel (we will have a few extra on hand).
And after we practice, we hope you will join us at the restaurant for a little socializing! See you under the stars!
Workshop: Breathwork Group Session
Our first Breathwork workshop was such a beautiful experience and a big success. Participants left feeling more calm, relaxed and connected & all 14 participants voted for more sessions like this!

During this workshop we will use a gentle breathing technique, which has some 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮-𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. This workshop is not advised if you have: diabetes, kidney disease, uncontrolled thyroid, epilepsy or a history of seizure.
