NEW 2 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY (as of May 11th, 2026)
Thank you all for making this season such great one! As we head into the quieter months, it is our goal to keep a variety of classes on the schedule for you to choose from.
As such, we are implementing a 2 Hour Cancellation Policy for the MAT classes moving forward. This will ensure that we can give everyone ample notice if we don’t reach quorum for a class, and enable us to move forward with classes even if there are last minute cancellations.
If you have a class pass and cancel within the 2 hour window, you will lose that session off your pass. If you have not yet paid, you will need to pay for that cancelled session when you come for your next class.
Pilates Reformer classes will continue to have a 24 hour cancellation policy due to limited spots per class.
As always, classes can be conveniently booked and scheduled through the Mindbody app. Advanced booking ensures you secure your spot and helps us maintain smooth class operations.
